Now you can see Who is subscribing your Page without liking. It's New feature of Facebook Page. To know about your page subscriber:
1.Go to your page.
2. Click on the "see all" just in the right of "New likes".
3. From drop down menu choose subscribers.

First one...Go to the page...and click on See all..
Then from Drop down menu select subscribers
If you have no subscriber, it will show no result found. It's a new feature. Facebook has no option for Facebook page to keep subscribe Button in Page. But hope soon it will introduce subscribe button for pages too.
