Guest Posting is good way to build backlinks for a blog. If you can make your blog a good one you will get daily two/three (or more) emails from guest writers. Most of them will ask you one/two backlinks in exchange of a Free guest post. Never publish any article in your blog without proper judging.

It's also great for guest bloggers. Most important thing about this site, there is a authority. So if you find any low quality article, any spinned article you can report it to them. And for this, i think it is very trusted for bloggers.
Another good thing about Myblogguest that i experienced is their Social sharing sub forum. After publishing their article you can ask for social share in the sub forum. Also i think they need to make it better, need to make it more active.

2. Before make any offer see writer's rating, articles author bio links.
3. If any writer ask for author bio link change after some days of publishing articles in your blog report it to the moderators.
